TIP #1 Eat Your Veggies
Some of the beggies I keep handy in my fridge are potatoes, tomato, cucumber, carrot, & kale, all have great nutrients to moisturize the skin.
TIP #2 Avoid Sugar and Caffeine
Sugary foods not only add on the pounds, but they also can be sensitive to acne prone skin.
TIP #3 Protein
I don’t take whey protein powders, I like to keep my protein in its natural form of fish, and poultry. I love salmon. It has essential fatty acids as well as Omega 3.
TIP #4 WATER
Water is vital for our system and our overall health. Water is the most natural way to hydrate your skin. Drink at least 10 glasses a day. (I need to do better)
TIP #5 Avocado
Yes, it has fatty acids in it that are not BAD for you! It’s a healthy kind of fat and filled with Glutathione (prevents aging, cancer and heart disease)

Heartbreaking Simpsons Moments 1/∞: Bart Gets an F

I never understood why it’s an F if he gets more than half out of 100? Unless it’s more than 100. If you get more than half the answers right how is it an F?

You must not be from America. Here, grading is fucked up.

Average American Grading Scale:
A+- 97-100
A - 94-96
A- - 90-93
B- 80-89
C- 70-79
D- 60-69
F- 59 and under

oh wow that is fucked up

why do they skip E in america

Because we’re dumb.

Some schools even go as far as making anything under a 70 an F

AND YET WE HAVE “NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND”

Let’s just think about this for a moment.
We have a program that essentially makes the students who are simply not keeping up academically (who probably need to just repeat the grade in order to better grasp things, or see tutors) honor students by pushing them ahead regardless of their overall performance . But yet we make our standards unreasonably high and scold students who aren’t able to meet the requirements, but still put them into the next grade. And then the system just turns around on these kids that haven’t met the requirements, and treats them poorly because they can’t quite understand what’s being taught because they moved to the next grade when they clearly needed more help.

Just let that sink in.
We set standards too high, but put the kids who can’t meet those standards into the next grade, then we treat them poorly for not meeting the standards when we could’ve just lowered the standards a little or given those kids who can’t meet those standards the extra help.

Thanks America.
